How Scheduling Will Work
After volunteer photographers have submitted their shift availability, here are the next steps:
Process:
- EmpowerPix sends available dates and times to selected students
- Students choose from the available options
- EmpowerPix confirms student bookings
- Volunteer photographers receive their confirmed session assignments
Once you are assigned, you will receive the session details needed to complete the session, including date and time, location, student first name and last initial and parent or guardian contact information only when needed for a confirmed session, session length, upload instructions, and delivery deadline. EmpowerPix will manage booking communication and final confirmations with students and families.

- All students are required to complete a photo release form before their session. They will also receive a prep guide before their session.

We are committing to a minimum of 6 final digital images per student:
- 3 cap and gown images
- 3 outfit images
- 1 celebratory image
Focus on a mix of smiling and natural expressions, standing and seated poses and close-up and full-body shots

What to Do if Something Comes Up
- Running late → notify EmpowerPix immediately
